Unfortunately the personalized jewels can not be exchanged because they were conceived specifically for your order, so they can not be taken back or exchanged.

- The character wand is presented in a classic case and accompanied by a name plate (not sold separately) on which appears the name of the character.

- The Ollivander wand is presented in an elegant case with a velvet interior and an organza ribbon protecting the wand.

The chopsticks in character version or Ollivander are strictly identical.
